How a check works

You sign in by connecting your TikTok account through TikTok’s official login. We can only read: we see your profile (name, profile photo, follower count) and the public numbers on your recent videos. We can’t post, send messages or change anything on your account.

The app compares your newest videos with your usual views and likes & comments, and gives you a risk score. The score is our best reading of your numbers, not a message from TikTok. TikTok doesn’t say publicly when it limits how many people see your videos.

If you tell the app that TikTok’s Account Check (inside the TikTok app) lists restricted posts, your result shows this as confirmed. That comes from your answer, not from data TikTok sends us.

Manage or cancel your subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Delete your account

In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This removes our access to your TikTok account and deletes the data we keep about you for good. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in Settings, as shown above.

You can also remove the app’s access at any time in your TikTok settings, under Manage app permissions.
