Shadowban Checker (“the App,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti. (trading as Reactll), a company registered in Türkiye with its registered office in İstanbul, which acts as the data controller for the information described here. The App helps TikTok creators understand whether their content’s reach is being limited. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We built the App to read as little as possible.

1. Information We Collect

If you use the iOS app

Nothing you enter in the iOS app leaves your iPhone. The app has no account, no sign-in, and no connection to TikTok. You type your own figures in and the whole analysis runs on the device. Your entries and your saved check history are held in the app’s local storage and are never transmitted — not to us, not to TikTok, not to anyone. Deleting the app deletes them with it.

The app makes exactly one kind of network request of its own: on launch it asks our update service (Expo Application Services, a processor acting on our instructions) whether a newer version of the app’s code is available, and it may report crash and error diagnostics so we can fix faults and roll a broken release back. That request carries the app version and platform, never anything you typed. This is the only data collection in the iOS app, it is used solely to keep the app working, it is not linked to your identity, and it is never used for tracking, profiling or advertising. The app contains no analytics SDK and no advertising SDK.

If you connect your TikTok account on this website

You authorize us — through TikTok’s official Login Kit and Display API — to access:

• Basic profile (user.info.basic): your TikTok user ID, display name, and avatar.
• Profile details (user.info.profile): your username (@handle), profile link, and verified status.
• Account stats (user.info.stats): your follower count.
• Public video metrics (video.list): for your recent videos — view count, like count, comment count, share count, duration, creation time, and caption text.

We only access public statistics about your own videos. We do not access your private messages, drafts, contacts, or the content of other accounts.

We also process your subscription status (whether you have an active Pro subscription). This is handled by our merchant of record Creem. Subscriptions are sold on this website only; there is no in-app purchase in the iOS app. We never see or store your payment card details.

Our website’s hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security and reliability. These are never used for analytics, profiling, or advertising, and on the website we run no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDK of any kind.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To compute your visibility / reach-limit risk analysis from your video metrics. In the iOS app this computation happens entirely on your device and the figures are never sent to us.
• For Pro users, to monitor your account on a daily basis and notify you if your reach drops.
• To operate, secure, and improve the App.

3. How We Store and Retain Data

• iOS app: nothing is stored by us at all. Your entries and the score and date of each check live in the app’s local storage, on your device only, until you delete them or remove the app.
• Free users with a connected account: analysis is performed on demand. Your latest result may be cached on your device so you can view it again.
• Pro users: to show trends and detect when a restriction started, we store a time series of your video metrics for as long as your subscription is active.
• When you disconnect your TikTok account or delete the App, we stop collecting new data and delete stored metrics associated with your account upon request.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We use a limited set of service providers strictly to operate the App (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, and crash reporting), and they may process data only on our behalf.

For web subscriptions, Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) acts as the Merchant of Record and processes your payment and billing information (including your email and billing details) as an independent controller for that purpose, under Creem’s Privacy Notice. We receive only your subscription status and the email you use for billing (to send visibility alerts).

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Revoke access at any time in your TikTok settings (Manage app permissions) or by disconnecting inside the App.
• Access or delete the data we hold about you by contacting us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or CCPA.

6. TikTok’s Terms

Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok’s own terms and privacy policy. We access TikTok data solely with your authorization and in accordance with TikTok’s Developer Terms and Display API rules.

7. Children

The App is intended for users who are old enough to hold a TikTok account in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
