TikTok Shop Videos Not Getting Views? Find out before sales feel it.
When a shoppable video stops reaching new people, fewer people can reach the product link. Shadowban Checker reads the views, likes, comments and shares of your own recent videos, compares them with your usual and — on Pro — emails you within a day if your views drop.

Commercial content and the For You feed.
TikTok doesn’t use the word “shadowban.” What it does publish is which content may lose visibility or be left out of the For You feed. These are the parts that touch selling — paraphrased, with links.
Turn On the Content Disclosure Setting
TikTok requires the content disclosure setting when you promote your own business, product or service, or post branded content for an incentive. Its guidelines say undisclosed commercial content may have its visibility reduced or be removed from the For You feed, and repeated issues can restrict the account.
Read TikTok’s Policy →Sending Buyers Elsewhere
In the LIVE section of its guidelines, TikTok says it reduces the visibility of content directing people to buy products off-platform in markets where TikTok Shop is available. TikTok doesn’t spell out how this applies to every regular video, so treat it as a signal of direction, not a full rulebook.
Read TikTok’s Policy →Some Products Have Extra Rules
TikTok doesn’t allow marketing of prohibited or high-risk goods. It says verified business accounts and verified TikTok Shop sellers may be allowed to sell or market some regulated items if they meet strict requirements.
Read TikTok’s Policy →For You Feed and Earnings Are Linked
TikTok says content that isn’t eligible for the For You feed may also be restricted from monetization — and lists TikTok Shop among its monetization features. A video left out of the For You feed can still be found through search or your profile.
Read TikTok’s Policy →TikTok Shop also has its own seller policies in Seller Center. We don’t summarize them here — if you got a notice there, it names the rule and is the first place to look.

What we read, and what we can’t.
Shadowban Checker is a reach tool, not a sales tool. It gives its best reading of your video numbers — not a message from TikTok.
| Shadowban Checker reads | Shadowban Checker can’t see |
|---|---|
| Views, likes, comments and shares of your own recent videos | Sales, orders, GMV or product-link clicks |
| How your newest videos compare with your usual | Seller Center notices, violations or account health |
| Risky or overused hashtags in your captions | Whether TikTok marked a video ineligible for the For You feed |
| Your history of checks (Pro) | Other sellers’ or affiliates’ accounts |
TikTok’s official API returns per-video counts such as views, likes, comments and shares, but its video object has no field for traffic source or recommendation status. For that, check TikTok’s own analytics and Account status — see why a video isn’t recommended.

What TikTok Shop sellers and affiliates ask before connecting.
Is there a TikTok Shop shadowban?
TikTok doesn’t use the word. What its Community Guidelines do describe is content losing visibility or being left out of the For You feed — for example, commercial content that isn’t properly disclosed. A video can stay up and still be found through search or your profile, which is why it can feel like a shadowban.
Can Shadowban Checker see my TikTok Shop sales?
No. It reads the public numbers of your own recent videos — views, likes, comments and shares — through TikTok’s official login. It can’t see sales, orders, product-link clicks or Seller Center, and it can’t post anything.
Which account should I connect as a seller or affiliate?
The TikTok account that posts your shoppable videos. Shadowban Checker checks one TikTok account per login, and only an account you can sign in to.
Does a views drop mean my videos broke a rule?
Not necessarily. TikTok says a video that isn’t getting many views didn’t necessarily break a rule, and that its analytics show if a video was made ineligible for recommendation. Check Account status and analytics first; Shadowban Checker tells you whether the drop is unusual for your account.
How much does it cost?
The check is free — 2 checks a day. Pro is $39.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, and adds unlimited checks, a check of your account every day, an email within a day if your views drop, and your full history. See pricing.

Run your first check free on the web, or get the iOS app to check from your phone. Both use TikTok’s official login and can only read your public numbers. We never ask for your password.
