What does Shadowban Checker do?
It reads your recent public TikTok video stats and analyzes them for signs that your reach is being limited — sudden reach drops, engagement-rate inversions, and visibility cliffs. It then gives you a likely visibility-risk score.
Is this an official TikTok status?
No. TikTok does not publicly confirm reach limitations. Our result is an estimate based on patterns in your own data, so we describe it as “likely,” not definitive.
What data do you access?
Only public statistics about your own videos (views, likes, comments, shares, captions, timestamps) and your basic profile — through TikTok’s official API, with your permission. We never read private messages or other people’s accounts. See our Privacy Policy.
Do I have to connect my TikTok account?
On this website, yes — the checker works by connecting your TikTok account with its official login, and there is no manual entry on the web. The iOS app is different: it never connects to TikTok. You enter your six most recent videos’ stats yourself and the whole analysis runs on your device.
What’s included in Pro?
Pro adds automatic daily monitoring, an alert within a day if your reach starts dropping, and full visibility history saved to your account. It requires a connected TikTok account, since that is what we re-check each day. Pro is sold on this website only.
How do I cancel Pro?
On the web, open your dashboard and use the Manage or cancel subscription button — it takes you to your billing portal at Creem, our payment provider, where you can cancel yourself. The link in any Creem receipt opens the same portal. Pro is sold on this website only — the iOS app is free and has no subscription to cancel. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
How do I disconnect my TikTok account?
On this website, open your dashboard and disconnect there. You can also revoke access at any time in your TikTok settings under Manage app permissions. The iOS app never connects to TikTok, so there is nothing to disconnect in it.
I’m using the iOS app — what applies to me?
The iOS app is free, has no account and no sign-in, and never connects to TikTok or to our servers. You enter your last six videos’ stats and the whole analysis runs on your iPhone; nothing you type leaves the device. The TikTok connection, Pro and billing described above apply to this website only — none of it is offered or advertised inside the app.
