Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Shadowban Checker Pro purchased on the web at shadowbanchecker.com, operated by Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti. (trading as Reactll). For web orders, Creem is the Merchant of Record (Armitage Labs OÜ, Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia) and processes payments, billing, tax, and refunds. Refunds are also governed by Creem’s Buyer Terms (creem.io/buyer-terms).

1. 7-Day Free Trial

Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed at all.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are charged for an annual Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that charge, for any reason. Contact us and we will process the refund through Creem.

3. After 14 Days

After the 14-day window, the current annual term is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law. You can still cancel anytime to stop future renewals — your Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged again.

4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

• Cancel: use the Manage or cancel subscription button on your dashboard — it opens your billing portal at Creem, where you can cancel yourself. The link in any Creem receipt email opens the same portal.
• Refund: email support@shadowbanchecker.com from your account email, or request it from your Creem billing portal. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. The iOS App

Pro is sold on this website only, through Creem. The iOS app is free and contains no in-app purchase, so there is nothing to refund there and no store refund policy applies to it.
