Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Shadowban Checker Pro purchased on the web at shadowbanchecker.com, operated by Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti. (trading as Reactll). For web orders, Creem is the Merchant of Record (Armitage Labs OÜ, Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia) and processes payments, billing, tax, and refunds. Refunds are also governed by Creem’s Buyer Terms (creem.io/buyer-terms).

1. Billing

Pro on the web is an annual subscription. You are charged when you subscribe, and it renews every year until you cancel.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are charged for an annual Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that charge, for any reason. Contact us and we will process the refund through Creem.

3. After 14 Days

After the 14-day window, the current annual term is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law. You can still cancel anytime to stop future renewals — your Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged again.

4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

  • Cancel: use the Manage or cancel subscription button on your dashboard — it opens your billing portal at Creem, where you can cancel yourself. The link in any Creem receipt email opens the same portal.
  • Refund: email support@shadowbanchecker.com from your account email, or request it from your Creem billing portal. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. The 14-Day Recovery Plan

The Recovery Plan is a one-time $4.99 purchase that does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. If it isn’t useful, email support@shadowbanchecker.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, for any reason.

6. The iOS App

Pro subscriptions bought in the iOS app are sold and billed by Apple, so refunds for them are handled by Apple under its own policies — not by us or Creem. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancelling in your Apple ID settings stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
