These Terms govern your use of Shadowban Checker (“the App”), operated by Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti. (trading as Reactll), a company registered in Türkiye with its registered office in İstanbul (“we,” “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App Does

The App analyzes your recent public TikTok video metrics and produces an estimate of whether your reach may be limited (“visibility risk”). This is an independent analysis based on patterns in your data.

Important: Our results are estimates, not an official TikTok status. We describe outcomes as “likely” — TikTok does not publicly confirm reach limitations, and no third party can determine one with certainty.

2. No Affiliation With TikTok

Shadowban Checker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. “TikTok” is a trademark of its respective owner. We access TikTok data only through TikTok’s official APIs and only with your authorization.

3. Entering Your Data

On this website, you use Shadowban Checker by connecting your own TikTok account via TikTok’s official login. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for complying with TikTok’s own terms, and you may disconnect at any time.

The iOS app works differently: it never connects to any account. You read the statistics off your own six most recent videos and type them in, and the analysis runs entirely on your device with nothing transmitted to us. You are responsible for the accuracy of any figures you enter; the analysis can only be as good as the numbers it is given.

4. Subscriptions, Billing and Refunds

  • On the web, Shadowban Checker offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription at $39.99 per year with a 7-day free trial. This is the only paid plan, and it is sold on this website only.
  • The iOS app is free and contains no purchases. It has no subscription, no in-app purchase, and no paid tier. Everything described in this section applies to this website only, and is not offered, unlocked, or advertised inside the iOS app.
  • Pro requires a connected TikTok account. Its central feature is automatic daily monitoring, which needs an account we can re-check on your behalf.
  • For web subscriptions, our order process is conducted by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, registry code 16977866, Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders and handles payments, billing, tax, invoices, and refunds. Your invoice and card statement will reference Creem.
  • Payments, billing, taxes, and refunds for web subscriptions are additionally governed by Creem’s Buyer Terms (creem.io/buyer-terms).
  • During the 7-day free trial you are not charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise the subscription begins and auto-renews annually until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time using the Manage or cancel subscription button on your dashboard, which opens your billing portal at Creem. You can also cancel from the link in any Creem receipt, or by emailing support@shadowbanchecker.com. Your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
  • Pro is sold on this website only. There is no subscription or in-app purchase in the iOS app, so no store billing terms apply to it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer it, overload our systems, or use it to violate TikTok’s terms or any law.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the analysis is accurate, complete, or that acting on it will change your reach. Your TikTok results depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of reach, followers, or revenue, arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms or modify/discontinue the App at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend access for misuse.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey have jurisdiction over any dispute — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
