Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Shadowban Checker (“the App”), operated by Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti. (trading as Reactll), a company registered in Türkiye with its registered office in İstanbul (“we,” “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the App Does
The App analyzes your recent public TikTok video metrics and produces an estimate of whether your reach may be limited (“visibility risk”). This is an independent analysis based on patterns in your data.
If you tell the App that TikTok’s in-app Account Check lists restricted posts, the result is shown as confirmed. That reflects your answer, not data we receive from TikTok.
2. No Affiliation With TikTok
Shadowban Checker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. “TikTok” is a trademark of its respective owner. We access TikTok data only through TikTok’s official APIs and only with your authorization.
3. Entering Your Data
On this website, you use Shadowban Checker by connecting your own TikTok account via TikTok’s official login. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for complying with TikTok’s own terms, and you may disconnect at any time.
The iOS app (version 1.1 and later) works the same way: you connect your own TikTok account through TikTok’s official login, and you can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete Account. (Version 1.0 had you type your figures in instead; that analysis ran entirely on your device.)
4. Subscriptions, Billing and Refunds
- The free tier includes 2 visibility checks per rolling 24 hours, shared across the website and the iOS app, and shows your latest 3 results. Pro adds unlimited checks, an automatic daily check of your connected account, email alerts when your reach drops, and your full history with the reach trend.
- Shadowban Checker offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription at $39.99 per year (or the local price shown by the App Store). It is sold on this website, through Creem, and in the iOS app, through Apple. A Pro subscription bought on either unlocks Pro for the TikTok account it is linked to, on both.
- In the iOS app, Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when your free trial ends if you are eligible for one. It renews automatically every year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Your use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
- On this website we also offer the 14-Day Recovery Plan, a one-time purchase of $4.99 (plus local tax where it applies). It gives the Pro features for 14 days from purchase (an automatic daily check, email alerts and your history), plus a recovery checklist and progress emails on day 7 and day 14. It does not renew and is not a subscription. It cannot remove a TikTok restriction; it tracks your account while one lasts.
- Free users who ask for it get a one-time re-check after 7 days: we run one check of your connected account and email you the result. It does not count toward your daily checks, and you can cancel it from your dashboard before it runs.
- Pro requires a connected TikTok account. Its central feature is automatic daily monitoring, which needs an account we can re-check on your behalf.
- For web subscriptions, our order process is conducted by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, registry code 16977866, Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders and handles payments, billing, tax, invoices, and refunds. Your invoice and card statement will reference Creem.
- Payments, billing, taxes, and refunds for web subscriptions are additionally governed by Creem’s Buyer Terms (creem.io/buyer-terms).
- Web subscriptions are charged when you subscribe and auto-renew annually until you cancel.
- For web subscriptions, you can cancel at any time using the Manage or cancel subscription button on your dashboard, which opens your billing portal at Creem. You can also cancel from the link in any Creem receipt, or by emailing support@shadowbanchecker.com. Your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer it, overload our systems, or use it to violate TikTok’s terms or any law.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the analysis is accurate, complete, or that acting on it will change your reach. Your TikTok results depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of reach, followers, or revenue, arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms or modify/discontinue the App at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend access for misuse. We may grant complimentary Pro access at our discretion; it can be withdrawn at any time and never involves billing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey have jurisdiction over any dispute — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
